Description
CEDRACON K is a low-viscosity oily lubricant that has been developed to preserve wire ropes.A highly viscous, non-dripping protective film remains on treated wire ropes after the solvent has evaporated.
Field of application
CEDRACON K is used to preserve wire ropes of any kind, e.g. of cranes and diggers, elevators and hoisting equipment.
Method of application
CEDRACON K is applied manually by brush, via immersion or spray application. The best long-term protection is achieved by application of several thin film layers.Re-lubrication should take place at regular intervals subject to the field of application.
