With two state-of-the art manufacturing plants, located in Sunshine, VIC and Beresfield, NSW, FUCHS is the only manufacturer to produce lubricants, coolants, greases and additives locally. Offering a wide range of lubricants expertly designed for a wide range of industries in Automotive, On Highway, Agriculture, Civil & Construction, Mining and Specialty Industrial, our customers are also supported by Australian-based customer service and technical support teams. This is why we are FIRST CHOICE for so many across the country.
Local manufacturing and customer support are not the only aspects of our commitment to our Australian customers. FUCHS Lubricants (Australasia) is also home to two multi-million dollar research and development laboratories that are dedicated to developing innovative lubricant solutions. Samples of each batch of lubricants produced are tested daily with strict quality control procedures in place to ensure premium quality lubricants that may carry many OEM approvals, vital specifications and key recommendations.
To further support our key strategy of being close to our customers, we have also recently invested in a new state-of-the-art 17,000m2 National Distribution Centre managed and operated by Linfox in Derrimut, VIC. This 5-star Green Star designed distribution centre features a high degree of digitalisation, advanced warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes to ensure our customers have access to premium lubricants, which is critical with ongoing global supply chain risks.
FUCHS is also committed to being a sustainable member of the Australian manufacturing industry. With renewable energy sources including solar power arrays capable of producing over 30 percent of the electricity required to power our manufacturing plants and CO2-compensated processes, we aim to be carbon neutral by 2040.
