New FUCHS ACEA C5 oil

FUCHS, always at the forefront of technology, already has available to the market a new product that far exceeds the requirements of the ACEA C5 specification: the new TITAN Supersyn F Eco-B SAE 5W-20. It is a high performance oil whose use provides great fuel economy, high oil life, effective protection against wear and excellent performance at any temperature.

The world of motor lubricants recently received the arrival of the ACEA C5 standard, a specification compatible with advanced post-gas treatment devices with which the old A1 / B1 specification became unnecessary. C5 requires an average SAPS oil (half sulfate ash content), with the same SAPS limits as ACEA C2 and C3 oils, but an HTHS viscosity between 2.6 and 2.9 mPa * s. In addition, compliance with the standard requires 3% better fuel economy than previous specifications.

To meet these stringent requirements in terms of HTHS viscosity and fuel economy, FUCHS launches the new TITAN Supersyn F Eco-B SAE 5W-20, which not only meets the standard but also exceeds the European consumption M111FE test with a 3.6% fuel saving, well above the minimum required by ACEA. In addition, the new oil has excellent characteristics of cold start and low consumption of oil.
