The 2nd Powertrain Grinding Technology Innovation Forum 2018

On March 29, 2018, the 2nd Powertrain Grinding Technology Innovation Forum was held in Shanghai. The forum featured presentations about powertrain and component grinding technologies and solutions from industry experts in grinding machines, fixtures, cutting fluids, and other powertrain grinding-related fields.

Mr. Zeng Yongjun, Metalworking Product Manager at FUCHS Lubricants, started his presentation with a description of how a grinding system functions. He subsequently introduced how to select lubricants for machining and grinding processes using such considerations as grinding and cutting oil types, oil smoke and mist implications, resistance to miscellaneous oils, and health effects. He also provided a detailed overview of FUCHS's low oil mist technologies and products, which help achieve improved workshop environment and reduced environmental impacts, health hazards, and fire and explosion hazards in the workshop while cutting down the total cost of production for customers.
