Massive Launch of 2019 F3 Asian Championship’s First Event

The 2019 F3 Asian Championship, which is hosted by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), celebrated its first stop for a series of competitions at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia, on April 6-7, 2019.

This year, FUCHS Lubricants from Germany is the exclusive official lubricants sponsor for the F3 Asian Championship, providing all participating teams with a whole range of lubricant products for their racing cars, including engine oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, antifreeze liquid, brake fluid, lubricating grease and more.

FUCHS’s sales representative was joined by its distributor representatives on-site at the Sepang International Circuit to experience the high speed vibe of F3. As VIP guests, the FUCHS team came close to learn about the structure, design details and application of all accessories of the F3 race cars. They also witnessed the super-power engines which use FUCHS’ race car-class lubricants.

Throughout the two days at the Sepang Circuit, three rounds of exciting races were put on. Ukyo Sasahara from Japan, representing Team Hitech GP, ranked top on the scoreboard with his outstanding results including winning twice and runner-up once. His young teammate, Jack Doohan from Australia, made progress with his excellent performance, ranking second with brilliant results, winning once and runner-up twice.

Team Hitech GP delivered remarkable results on its new season debut. Are they going to continue their legacy as the best racing team ever in terms of strength and power? We will see!
