How to Realize High Performance Machining with Metalworking Fluids —— FUCHS China Invited to High Performance Machining Technology Summit 2019
On May 23-24, 2019, the High Performance Machining Technology Summit 2019 hosted by Ringier Trade Media was held in Nanjing. Besides a number of renowned experts at home and abroad, more than 100 corporate representatives in automobile, military product, energy resources, aerospace manufacturing, and machine tool manufacturing, gathered to discuss the diverse applications of high-efficiency machining, and provide smart solutions and high-efficiency processes for manufacturers.
As a leading supplier of metalworking fluids, FUCHS Lubricants was invited to the conference where our product manager Mr. Zeng Yongjun delivered a keynote speech entitled “The Efficient Application of High Pressure Coolant (HPC) in Metalworking Processes”, explicating how manufacturers improve their efficiency with metalworking fluids. Mr. Zeng started from the influence of metalworking fluids on machining, and explained the efficient and extensive application of HPC in turning, milling, and drilling processes. High pressure cooling, a process made possible by a perfect combination of devices, cutting tools, and coolants, is even more demanding in terms of coolants, in particular, foaming performance and emulsion stability. Targeting HPC process and different machining materials, FUCHS has developed coolants, providing a perfect solution for high-efficiency machining.
At the final round-table discussion, Mr. Zeng, together with the industry experts and corporate representatives, explored how to produce high-quality and environmental-friendly metalworking fluids. By introducing ecological ideas to product development, FUCHS strives to reduce the harm to people and the environment caused by metalworking fluids. In the product application stage, FUCHS helps customers optimize processes and reduce the emission of waste fluids. In this way, modern manufacturers can meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements while striving for high performance.
