The Harbin Stop of 2019 FUCHS “Fuels Your Way” Competition Ended in Passion. See you in Quanzhou!
The “Ice City” Harbin, which is famous for its sculptures and ferrets in winter, has witnessed extraordinary passion this summer. After the opening of Liuzhou stop, the 3rd FUCHS "Fuels Your Way" Car Service Skills Competition in 2019 took place in Harbin on July 8th and 9th.
On July 9th, Harbin Dingguan Automobile Maintenance Co., Ltd. was crowded with people with 32 contestants of 16 groups from different districts in Harbin gathered here to show their car service skills with passion. The Harbin stop of 2019 FUCHS “Fuels Your Way” Competition was officially launched under the witness of a number of spectators, guests and major media including Harbin TV, Harbin Traffic Radio, Sina, Automobile Home, XCAR, Heilongjiang TV, China Automobile TV and Phoenix Network.
Gao Xuemei, Vice President of Auto Retail Sales at FUCHS China, said at the opening ceremony, “The two previous FUCHS “Fuels Your Way” Competition and we are now on the stage of Northeast China. Based on the successful experience, we will continue to use the “competition + salon” mode in order to create a more standardized and scientific service market and a better platform for learning and communication. We also hope that the contestants will set new records in the competition.”
In addition to the theoretical knowledge test, practical competition was the more important part of the competition. The contestants had to finish the replacement of FUCHS oil and tests on 30 different skills within the given time. Award-winning quiz was conducted on the site for comprehensive test of their theoretical knowledge, practical ability and on-site adaptability.
At the same time, the salon speech on the automotive oil market was held as scheduled. FUCHS invited the lecturer Mr. Yu Hao for in-depth interpretation of the automobile repair shop. And Mr. Ye Qun, Auto Retail Sales Product Manager at FUCHS China shared his knowledge on FUCHS products. There were also heated discussions on daily problems and opinions among local distributors on site.
As experts sharing their opinions, communicating and learning, the competition was drawing to a close. After the final evaluation of the referee group, the results of the competition finally came out. After a wonderful competition, Gao Songsong and Wu Huadong from Xindemei Automobile Repair Service Station won the first prize; Han Liang and Xu Qingyu from Xiangfang Dingguan won the second prize; and Li Dongyu and Dong Hongbiao from Daowai Zhuochen Automobile Repair Station won the third place. They will attend the National Finals to be held in Shanghai in coming December on behalf of Harbin to compete for the opportunities to communicate and learn with the FUCHS teams overseas.
