At 9:00 a.m. on July 17th, FUCHS Shop Manager Training Camp began officially, and the first stop was held successfully in Shenyang. The purpose of this event is to solve some major problems for auto repair companies, cultivate the leaders in line with the automobile aftermarket environment in the new pattern, and promote the effective development of automobile aftermarket. The first training camp lasted for three days. 35 FUCHS partner shop managers from across the country joined the camp and became the first group of trainees.
The training camp started with eight major problems of auto repair companies, such as poor team execution, large customer churn, low customer trust and low output value. The camp helped trainees to improve their management skills and shop operating efficiency through lectures, interactive Q&As, and teamwork building. Based on the actual operation of partner shops, systemic trainings on professional and management skills were also provided to help the trainees adjust their business management ideas and build up a systematic management system.
Mr. Yang Zhiyuan, Marketing Director of FUCHS China, delivered a speech with the topic of "Why Are You Here Today". The speech not only aroused trainees’ passion for learning, but also announced the official beginning of the first Training Camp of FUCHS.
Wang Tian, Senior Lecturer in Automobile Aftermarket, served as the lecturer in this training camp. Brand and management modules were included in the course of the first day, aiming to enhance shop image, improve customer management, and increase work efficiency and team cohesion. In the morning course, the lecturer explained the brand module with six interactive questions, including how to upgrade the shop to improve corporate image and how to design and locate corporate image. These specific questions and answers helped the trainees improve their brand awareness. In the afternoon, the lecturer helped the trainees with shop management and construction with 10 sub-topics such as how to design salary system, how to design performance appraisal scheme, how to carry out effective incentives, and how to carry out delicacy management.
Although the courses were tightly scheduled with high intensity, the trainees were very enthusiastic for learning, and actively involved in the topic discussion, presenting an interactive atmosphere. FUCHS would continue to carry out special training events for FUCHS Shop Manager Training Camp in places such as Xi'an, and Zhengzhou to provide knowledge and management empowerment for partner shops, and achieve both shop service and output value.
