“Converging the Successes" – 2020 FUCHS China Annual Conference Came to a Successful Conclusion
"Converging the Successes" – the 2020 FUCHS China Annual Conference was held in Wujiang, Suzhou. Dr. Timo Reister, Member of the Executive Board of FUCHS PETROLUB SE, Mr. Klaus Hartig, Member of the Executive Committee, EVP East Asia, Mr. Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China attended the grand event together with over 450 FUCHS China employees from all over the country to map the new journey for 2020.
The conference kicked off with a speech by Dr. Timo Reister, sharing with us the latest business overview of the FUCHS Group for 2019 and its future development trends. In 2019, the global economy has become increasingly grim, the automotive industry has experienced a cold winter, the trade disputes between China and the US have escalated, and new technologies are constantly emerging, all of which have put pressure on the Group's business development. Facing these challenges, FUCHS will start from three aspects (Culture, Strategy and Structure) to improve its own strength, and act global towards "FUCHS2025". In his speech, Dr. Timo Reister stressed that FUCHS China is the core driving force of the Group's business growth. The Group will continue to increase its investment and support for FUCHS China, while acknowledging and thanking its Chinese colleagues for the value they have created.
Mr. Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China, looked ahead to China's industrial economy in his speech, and expressed his unique views on the constantly changing automobile industry. Facing the complex and ever-changing market environment, FUCHS China has made clear of its 2020 strategic plan, with 5 sales divisions focusing on 27segments all towards the same goal. Customer focus and proximity, and creating star products are the priorities of FUCHS China's future business development. Mr. Zhu also elaborated on the conference theme "Converging the Successes": to realize internal integration and global collaboration under the P.A.T.H. cultural initiative, and utilize projects and cultural connections as a carrier to achieve open feedback culture and communication free of hierarchies. Effective integration of external resources will increase resource utilization, promote the development of the company's scale, and enhance the effectiveness of transactions. Combining strategic integration, all departments of FUCHS China will work together to achieve the great goal of 2025.
2019 was a year full of challenges for FUCHS China, and how to embrace hardships, go against downward trends, and strive to be the best has become the common goal for all FUCHS employees in 2020.
