LEAP TO LEAD: 2022 FUCHS CHINA SCALING NEW HEIGHTS

On February 18th, LEAP TO LEAD: 2022 ANNUAL CONFERENCE FUCHS CHINA was successfully held at the FUCHS China headquarter in Shanghai. More than 400 participants attended the conference held simultaneously online and offline to celebrate collective glory and discuss prospects of further development.

Due to Covid-19 travel restriction, Mr. Stefan Fuchs, Chairman of the Executive Board of FUCHS PETROLUB AG, and Dr. Timo Reister, Board Member of FUCHS PETROLUB AG virtually showed at the conference hall and expressed their warm greetings and best wishes to all FUCHS China employees.

The two leaders highly recognized the stellar performance of FUCHS China in 2021 and extended their gratitude to each FUCHS China employee who has posted commendable results despite the very difficult and challenging year of 2021. Moreover, they expressed their expectations for 2022 and clarified directions and priorities of work in the new year. In pursuit of the ambitious yet tough FUCHS 2025 goals, FUCHS China once again convinced the two leaders that it would definitely be the biggest contributor to FUCHS 2025 Strategy based on its impressive track-records and culture of relentlessly striving for excellence.

Mr. Zhu Qingping, member of FUCHS Group Management Committee and CEO of FUCHS China expressed his warm welcome, greetings and gratitude to all FUCHS China employees who either present at the conference hall or watching the conference online. Mr. Zhu concluded the challenging yet extremely rewarding year of 2021 with his insights. The stellar performance is attributed to the efforts of each colleague. This wonderful result boosted the confidence and morale of each FUCHS China employee.

Echoing the theme of the annual conference: LEAP TO LEAD, Mr. Zhu analyzed the market dynamics of 2022 and actions to be taken to seize opportunities in this fluid situation. Mr. Zhu emphasized that FUCHS China should facilitate core strategies of localization, regionalization, segmentation, digitalization, sustainable development and become a top-notch enterprise in the industry through proactive and continuous improvement.
