“LEAP TO LEAD”: 2022 FUCHS China Automotive Aftermarket Distributors Conference Successfully Concluded
On July 19th, 2022 FUCHS China Automotive Aftermarket Distributors Conference was successfully held in Wuzhen, the permanent venue of the World Internet Conference, where core distributors and FUCHS employees nationwide gathered to feel and embrace the innovating heartbeat of this historic town.
Mr. Klaus Hartig, Member of FUCHS Group Management Committee & Executive Vice President FUCHS PETROLUB SE East Asia and Mr. Krisztian Rada, Head of Automotive Aftermarket joined the conference online and offered their congratulations to the successful opening of the conference, despite being unfortunately hindered by Covid-19 international travel restrictions to come to China. They emphasized the importance of Automotive Aftermarket Division to the FUCHS Group and the contribution of the FUCHS China Automotive Aftermarket sales team and core distributors to FUCHS China.
The Conference recognized and thanked distributors who have posted a stellar performance in the first half of the year 2022. They have followed the footsteps of FUCHS China closely, responded quicky to market changes and managed to grow FUCHS China’s consumer business substantially with their excellent execution power.
The theme of the conference —— “change” and “evolution” are extremely relevant given the uncertainties in 2022. During the conference, Mr. Zhu Qingping, member of FUCHS Group Management Committee & CEO of FUCHS China and Mr. YU Zhihe, Senior VP Sales Strategy of FUCHS China examined with distributors changes in the macro market environment, viewed from the overall FUCHS strategy to see how FUCHS China shall transform challenges into opportunities through leveraging its solid competitiveness and active innovation.
Ms. GAO Xuemei, VP sales of Automotive Aftermarket Division, shared with Conference participants the “Easy” Plan. She emphasized that given the current fluid situation, FUCHS will work shoulder to shoulder with all the distributors to turn adversities into opportunities. Ms. Gao highlighted a series of support policies FUCHS China will introduce to strengthen brand building, in addition to optimizing organizational and channel structures. These measures will facilitate distributors to provide products and services to end consumers in an easier manner.
In this Conference, FUCHS China also introduced brand-new automotive aftermarket product packaging. As FUCHS innovates beyond products per se, upgraded packaging is also a part of innovation, which embodies the “Easy” philosophy. Apart from making it easier for car owners to choose and apply their lubricants wisely, the new packaging is more environmentally friendly, reflecting the strong sense of social responsibility FUCHS upholds.
