Accelerate to Achieve: FUCHS China seeks to grow with distributor partners in 2023
On April 26, 2023, 2023 FUCHS China Core Distributors Conference, entitled "Accelerate to Achieve", was held in Guiyang, the "Forest City". The conference brought together representatives of core distributors and FUCHS colleagues from all over the country to discuss business development and growth strategies.
Sharing and Win-win for Mutual Growth
At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Zhu Qingping, member of FUCHS Group Management Committee & CEO of FUCHS China, expressed his gratitude to the distributor partners for their support of FUCHS in the difficult 2022.
Mr. Yu Zhihe, FUCHS China Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy, commended the outstanding distributor partners for sales growth, segment contributions and team building on behalf of the management, and officiated the unveiling of the Ten-million-scale Distributors Club, demonstrating our determination and confidence in creating more ten-million-scale distributorsthrough centralized superior resources.
Looking ahead, Mr.Zhu said that FUCHS China would continue to build five power of success (digital power, product power, sales power, expert power, and organization power) by focusing on five key strategies (segmentation, future-mobility, localization, digitalization, and sustainability) to achieve growth while sharing resources and development results with distributor partners to facilitate their success.

Mr. Cao Yang, Senior Business Segment Manager, Ms. Flora Fei, Supply Chain Director, and Mr. Ding Zuhao, Director Application Engineering & Technical Service (General Industry), delivered speeches on behalf of sales, operation and technology staff. They explained the meaning of "sharing" from three dimensions: pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales. By providing distributors with professional knowledge, a stable supply chain and intelligent digital tools, FUCHS China will be able to enhance their soft and hard powers in all aspects.
A highlight of the conference was the launch of MEi®, a technology platform for formulation development. Mr. Gao Song, Vice President of Product Management, proudly announced that the company has developed highly competitive new products for several business segments based on this platform, and that the platform is a powerful weapon for distributor partners to win the market.
