FUCHS (China) Concludes a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate

In the afternoon on July 13, 2016, FUCHS Lubricants (China) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FUCHS (China)”) concluded a strategic cooperation agreement on lubricants with the Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate”) based on the principles of long-term relationship, reciprocity, common development, steadiness and innovation in Yingkou, one costal city with long history, aiming at fully carrying out cooperation on structural optimization of lubricants, strengthening technical services, lowering cost and improving efficiency.

Dr. Andreas Bastian, Vice President of Industrial Oil in FUCHS (China), and Mr. He Enshun and Mr. Wang Daili, Assistant Manager of Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Ms. Chen Xiaoying, Assistan Manager of Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Lu Shuqing, Assistant Manager of Minmentals Yingkou Medium Plate, and Mr. Ge Ruijin, Head of Steel Division in FUCHS (China) also attended the signing ceremony.

The strategic cooperation agreement between both parties will directly help Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate lower the management complexity of lubricants, optimize the purchase cost and promote the application and management level of oil, and contribute to the further expansion of its oil business in the steel industry by FUCHS (China), which will have a demonstrative effect on the cooperation model of lubricants for the steel industry.
