FUCHS invited to attend the 2015 Powertrain Advanced Manufacturing Forum

On June 26, 2015, the 2015 Powertrain Advanced Manufacturing Forum and The Second China Transmission Advanced Manufacturing Technology Forum were grandly held in Wuhan. The forum was sponsored by Dongfeng Motor Group Manufacturing Technology Committee. FUCHS was invited to participate in the forum as a leading company in the field of metalworking fluids with the purpose of exploring how to improve the performance of the process of automobile powertrain assembly and to meet environmental protection requirements from a manufacturing point of view together with many well-known international car manufacturers.

At the meeting, Mr. Zeng Yongjun, Metalworking Product Manager of FUCHS, made the keynote speech titled “Effects of Metalworking Fluid on Metalworking,” and made a comprehensive analysis of the effects of metalworking fluid on gear milling, hobbing, shaving, shaping, honing, grinding and other processes by using gear processing out of powertrain manufacturing as an example, and described the characteristics of ECOCUT low oil mist produced by FUCHS meeting a number of environmental protection needs as a low volatile metalworking oil in a case of practical application.

At the meeting, Mr. Zeng Yongjun also carefully discussed solutions to a series of problems encountered by engineers from Dongfeng Motor Group in the process of using metalworking products, and proposed appropriate solutions.
