2015 FUCHS LUBRICANTS (CHINA), LTD. Technology Day of DPCA

DPCA Xiangyang Factory is the manufacturing base for engines, gearboxes, vehicle axles and other powertrains, with an annual output of 1 million engines and 540,000 gearboxes. Cooperation between FUCHS and DPCA began in the 1990s. FUCHS provides metalworking fluids and other series of products for the engine production lines of DPCA on a long-term basis. With its stable product quality and excellent technical services, FUCHS has developed a deep level of trust with DPCA, and has won the Best Supplier Award of DPCA.

In the afternoon, on April 8, 2015, Jesus Ibanez, Key Account Manager of FUCHS Industrial Oil and a FUCHS’ expert technical team composed of eight experts came to DPCA Xiangyang Factory. On April 9 they conducted one-day technical exchanges with relevant personnel from DPCA after carefully gaining an understanding the on-site situation in the manufacturing workshops.

At the meeting, Mr. Lavender, Mr. Zou Xiangrong, Product Application Engineering Manager of FUCHS, Mr. Li Yuntao, Antirust Product Manager of FUCHS and Mr. Lin Huifeng, Industrial Oil Equipment Product Manager of FUCHS, each presented a keynote speech related to metalworking, antirust, equipment oil consumption and other issues related to FUCHS, and made targeted remarks on practical issues found during the previous day’s customer site visit; during the Q & A session, FUCHS experts answered questions related to a variety of existing problems proposed by the engineers involved in the production of DPCA products individually, and provided a series of practical solutions. A warm exchange and atmosphere as well as frequent interaction characterized the meeting. After the meeting, Zhang Liping, Process Manager of DPCA expressed that the Company had gained considerable information from the entire day of technological exchange, affirmed the thoughtful and attentive services provided by FUCHS, and hopes to attend similar future exchange activities conducted by FUCHS.
