‘Perseverance’ — FUCHS Annual Meeting 2014

From February 25 to February 26, 2014, ‘Perseverance,’ FUCHS Annual Meeting for 2014, was held in Shanghai. Stefan Fuchs, president of FUCHS Group, Klaus Hartig, executive vice-president of FUCHS East Asia, and Mr. Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China met together with over 300 employees from all parts of China. Since the annual meeting for 2014 tells of the cohesion of endeavouring spirits in all FUCHS employees, the meeting will promote sustainable development of FUCHS China.

Mr. Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China, gave retrospective and prospective ideas in the annual report for this meeting. He affirmed FUCHS’ performance such as growth of corporate sales volume, a drastic rise of per capital sales performance and profitability, further intensification and refinement of corporate reform and so on, and emphasized the company’s improving human resources situation for directing the future through accelerating strategic adjustment on key products. He also proposed a ten-year strategic plan for FUCHS China featuring important and significant guidelines, including annual performance targets, sales models and measures to be taken, etc. He also attached constant emphasis on the prospects of FUCHS China: to become a supplier of first choice in the lubricating oil field in China with first-grade technology, talents and services.

On the afternoon of February 26, the staff of FUCHS China took part in team-building activities designed to enhance team cohesiveness, cultivate teamwork and select ‘winning teams.’ In the evening party, our talented FUCHS employees gave a splendid artistic performance that led the atmosphere of the annual meeting to a climax.
