“Expand to Explore” 2024 FUCHS China Core Distributors Conference was held on April 23, 2024, in the "Mountain City" of Chongqing. Representatives from the core distributors across China gathered with FUCHS colleagues to attend this grand annual event, fostering consensus through collective discussion and creating synergy through mutual agreement.

Explore New Horizons for Shared Progress

Zhu Qingping, member of FUCHS Group Management Committee and CEO of FUCHS China, delivered an insightful address at the opening of the conference, sharing his views on global situations, national dynamics, industry trends, and the specific challenges and opportunities that FUCHS China is facing.

In response to the complex and everchanging external environment, Mr. Zhu underscored the necessity for FUCHS China to recalibrate its strategy, structure, and culture. He stressed the importance of spearheading growth in new territories, seeking out new business opportunities, and innovating new strategies to ensure long-term success. Mr. Zhu distilled the critical strategic measures into S.T.R.O.N.G. strategy: sustainability, industrialization, localization, digitalization, motorization, among others. He also took the opportunity to share his compelling vision of building a strong FUCHS China in collaboration with distributor partners.

Foster Empowerment for Mutual Success

On behalf of the sales and operation team respectively, Dominik Grünwald, Executive Vice President of Sales Operations, and Cathy Wu, COO of FUCHS China, showcased how the robust hard and soft power of FUCHS China will empower the business growth of its distributor partners. Mr. Grünwald highlighted the strength of FUCHS lubrication solutions: with diverse products catering to a wide range of industries and a global network to ensure timely customer support, FUCHS China can guarantee efficient and consistent lubrication for its customers. Distributors act as the vital link between FUCHS and its customers, playing an integral role in delivering FUCHS lubrication solutions. Mr. Grünwald thus expressed his hope that distributor partners would provide excellent customer service and leverage the advantages of FUCHS solutions to the fullest extent.

Ms. Wu specifically introduced High Performance Grease Plant in Yingkou. Set to open on May 16th, the plant exemplifies safety, sustainability, flexibility, and intelligence, employing cutting-edge equipment of international standards to maintain consistent quality around the globe. It caters to the increasing local demands in the Chinese market for high-end greases, providing robust support for all distributor partners in expanding their grease business.

At the conference, FUCHS China officially launched its high-end FUCHS Nye® series lubricants. This series will serve as a powerful tool for distributors to make breakthroughs in highly specialized and advanced industries such as semiconductor, medical, and aerospace. Huang Jiekai, senior product manager at FUCHS China, shared detailed insights, from a technical perspective, on the core advantages of Nye® lubricants in various industries.

Work Together for Shared Achievements 

On behalf of the management team, Yu Zhihe, Senior VP Sales Strategy of FUCHS China, recognized the exceptional distributor partners for their outstanding performance in strategy execution, business growth, and other aspects of business. He also presided over the award ceremony for the members of Ten-million-scale Distributors Club. Mr. Yu called on distributor partners to get more customers to go into FUCHS, experience the strength of FUCHS China firsthand, and become a fan of FUCHS.
