“CREATIVE APPROACHES” – 2017 FUCHS China Annual Conference held successfully

On 20th Jan., 2017, “CREATIVE APPROACHES” – 2017 FUCHS China Annual Conference was held in Shanghai. Mr. Stefan Fuchs, FUCHS Group Executive Board Chairman, Dr. Timo Reister, FUCHS Group Executive Board member, Mr. Klaus Hartig, FUCHS Group East Asia Executive VP and Mr. Zhu Qingping, FUCHS China CEO attended the conference, and re-united together again with more than three hundred employees of FUCHS China from all over the country.

During the conference, Mr. Stefan Fuchs and Dr. Timo Reister have shared the information about FUCHS Group overall performance in 2016, mid to long-term planning, change initiative under the rapid development of Information technology, and the aim to be an agile organization with all FUCHS China employees.

In the presentation of Mr. Zhu Qingping, he reviewed the 2016 FUCHS China’s performance and showed the achievements of FUCHS China in 2016. After the affirmation of the hard work of FUCHS China employees, Mr. Zhu shared the 2017 strategic plan with all of FUCHS China employees. Mr. Zhu stated that 2017 will be a year of change, and also will be a very challenging year. Many important projects are going to kick off and implement, such as Wujiang new plant construction project, SAP project, and other corporate level projects, etc. The success of these projects will rely on all FUCHS China employees collaborating as one team, down-to-earth work, and the determination to achieve our target. “In Every Field, We Want No. 1!” Meantime, the management team awarded those individuals and teams who made the outstanding contributions to FUCHS China in 2016.

In the conference, the colleagues from Sales and Supporting Departments shared their success stories of 2016.

In the afternoon, all divisions invited the conference attendees to involve in the afternoon activities, to strengthen the understanding of each division.

In the Gala Dinner, those employees who worked more than ten or twenty years in FUCHS China received the Loyal Employee Award as an honor to their years of selfless contribution. At same time, as usual, FUCHS China employees presented wonderful performances.
