FUCHS Lubricants attended 2017 Summit Forum on Metalworking Fluids Technology Development"

2017 Metalworking Fluids Technology Development Summit Forum was held at Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai Hotel on May 10th. This forum, sponsored by Metalworking Fluid Specialized Committee of Shanghai Lubricant Trade Association, invited a lot of experts and scholars of the industry to discuss the development of metalworking fluids industry and shared advanced metalworking fluids technology. With the introduction of "Made in China 2025" strengthening the national strategic planning of high-end manufacturing, the development of metalworking fluids industry not only supported the progress and development of high-end manufacturing industry but also beared the task of building a green manufacturing system and took the responsibility of the development of ecological civilization.

Yuan Jian, R&D Project Manager on Metalworking Fluids, represented FUCHS China to attend the forum and deliver a speech titled "the Influence of Metalworking Fluids on Tools‘ Life".

Metalworking fluids played an integral role in machining. Its use could improve tool‘s life, reduce wear and tear, and increase productivity.Through the CNC milling experiments, Mr. Yuan Jian contrasted the use of different metalworking fluids on the tool‘s wear and reached a conclusion through detail data: Under the conditions of high machining and same concentration, using the FUCHS ECOCOOL- environmental-friendly metalworking fluids could effectively improve tool’s life about 20 percent and increase production efficiency.
