Dr. Ren Dongwen, R&D Director of FUCHS China, delivered a captivating presentation titled “High-Efficiency Water-Based Electric Drive Lubricants”. Vision Fluid, the high-efficiency water-based electric drive lubricant developed by FUCHS, can assist customers in overcoming cooling and lubrication bottlenecks in electric drive systems. With its promising potential, it is poised to become the next generation of thermal management and lubricating fluid for electric drive systems.
Vision Fluid is developed to meet the specific requirements of high-power and high-speed electric drives. Its exceptional anti-wear and heat transfer properties can significantly enhance the efficiency and cooling performance of electric drive systems. Testing in real-world conditions has shown that Vision Fluid not only boosts transmission efficiency by 11.6% but also successfully reduces temperature rise by 28K. Moreover, the product is biodegradable and meets the standards set out in OECD 301B, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
FUCHS BluEV EDF: High-Performance Lubricants for Electric Drive Systems
