FUCHS and NGC Join Hands to Celebrate Customer Day

On November 29, 2024, FUCHS China and Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NGC") jointly held FUCHS-NGC Customer Day in Liyang, bringing together approximately 40 technical experts from both teams.

During the speech session, Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China, emphasized that FUCHS will, as always, adhere to the service concept of "customer first, quality first, and unconditional reliability", keep innovating, and do its best to ensure that each lubrication solution can accurately meet the needs of NGC.

Mr. Zhu also expressed eager expectation to expand the cooperation to more fields such as new energy, railway, and industrial gearbox, so as to open a new chapter in the coordinated development of both sides.

In the subsequent technical exchange session, the technical expert team of FUCHS elaborated on FUCHS' solutions in the wind power field as well as its related applications in the new energy and railway fields, and comprehensively demonstrated after-sales service solutions. The technical expert team of NGC shared their professional knowledge and experiences in wind power main gearbox, yaw and pitch gearbox, and lubrication verification in wind power gearbox tests.

This Customer Day was not only an exchange of knowledge and sharing of experiences, but also a collision of innovative ideas, injecting new vitality into the cooperation between the two sides and opening up broader prospects for cooperation.
