“Bonding” Ushered in a New Chapter: 2025 FUCHS China Annual Conference
On January 24th, “Bonding” - 2025 FUCHS China Annual Conference reached a successful conclusion in Wujiang, Suzhou. FUCHS colleagues from across the globe gathered to review past accomplishments and chart the strategic course and key priorities for FUCHS China in 2025.
Stefan Fuchs, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of FUCHS SE, made an opening speech, highly commending the remarkable contributions of FUCHS China to the Group in 2024. He lauded the robust resilience and enterprising spirit demonstrated by FUCHS China amidst the complex market landscape.
Mr. Fuchs stressed that, given the current volatile global economic climate, the steady development of FUCHS China holds great significance for the Group. He expressed hope that in the new year, FUCHS China would leverage China's technological prowess, optimize COEM resources, and contribute more to the Group's global footprint.
Dr. Timo Reister, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at FUCHS SE, expressed gratitude to the FUCHS China team for their outstanding performance in achieving business growth despite the challenging market conditions in 2024.
Through detailed data, Dr. Reister conducted an in-depth analysis of FUCHS China's performance over the past year. He identified that in 2025, FUCHS China should focus on driving business growth through market segmentation and diversified sales channels, support global sister companies with its unique strengths, accelerate digital transformation, and enhance technological innovation capabilities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Zhu Qingping, member of FUCHS Group Management Committee and CEO of FUCHS China, provided a comprehensive review of FUCHS China's operations in 2024. He noted that in 2024, FUCHS China achieved breakthroughs in new businesses and key projects, registering growth against the odds. In terms of hard competency, the commissioning of High Performance Grease Plant and other initiatives provided a solid foundation for the company's development. Regarding soft competency, the adoption of digital AI tools and the implementation of customer activities like “Go Into FUCHS” effectively enhanced the company's brand image and customer satisfaction.
Looking ahead to 2025, Mr. Zhu emphasized that under the guidance of the right strategy, FUCHS China must integrate internal and external resources, vigorously develop core and flagship industries, strengthen digital, organizational, and sales capabilities, to better engage customers and achieve new milestones.
Bonding with the past and towards the future. As the journey of 2025 unfolds, with “bonding” at its core, FUCHS China will focus on strategy bonding, resource bonding, organizational bonding, digital bonding as well as customer bonding. Forging ahead, it aims to write a new chapter of success and strive for high-quality development.
