Over 100 industry experts, parts & components manufacturers, and more than 40 mainstream media actively participated.
Discussions on topics such as supply chain innovation, multi-channel exploration and true consumer needs were held throughout the forum. These talks provided a comprehensive view of auto aftermarket service value, and we recognize the need to earn consumer trust and commit to reconstructing the auto service value system. The forum also aimed to provide a platform for communication and cooperation among industry experts, professionals and local enterprises, providing an opportunity to facilitate joint efforts towards the steady development of the Auto parts and components industry in the fast changing environment.
During her speech, Ms. Gao Xuemei, Vice President of FUCHS CHINA Auto Retail Sales, talked about FUCHS CHINA’s new focus in recent years as a supplier at the value chain. She called it the “6C”, referring to product coverage, cost, convenience, customer network, communication and characteristics. She pointed out that as more consumers demand for speedy one-stop service, cooperation and partnership within the industry will be the trend. Service brand value and scale should be enhanced to level up competence. There are still more questions regarding suppliers, channels and consumers in China’s Auto aftermarket service industry, but the future is bright as we explore and forge ahead.
The forum came to an end with round-table discussions and a cocktail party.
