TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90

TITAN GEAR LS 90 has already been on the market for many years and has established itself over the years in the FUCHS portfolio but also on the market with its good performance. Thanks to its ZF approval ZF TE-ML 05C and 21C, it is used time and again in axle drives with self-locking differentials, especially in the construction machinery and agricultural machinery sectors. Unfortunately, TITAN GEAR LS 90 has been affected by the difficult global supply situation for quite some time and it is currently not possible to foresee or predict how long this will continue.

For this reason, we are introducing the new TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 to offer you a suitably approved alternative for these applications.

TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 is a high-performance axle gear oil with limited-slip properties, especially also for use in limited-slip differentials. TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 offers perfect functioning of selflocking differentials under all operating conditions with maximum service life. Due to the additive technology used, TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 also reliably meets the requirement with regard to a minimum phosphorus 
content of 1,900 ppm, for example, by LIEBHERR.

TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 can be used in almost all applications where our TITAN GEAR LS 90 has been used so far, with the exception of transmissions of rail vehicles and axles and wheel heads for buses and trucks - applications according to ZF TE-ML 12C and 16E. 

In addition, TITAN SUPERGEAR LS SAE 80W-90 is officially approved according to ZF TE-ML 05N and 21N. These are the relevant specifications for use in axles of construction machinery as well as for transmissions in harvesters and final drives of many manufacturers such as TEREX, SENNEBOGEN, BELL, CLAAS or FENDT.
The specification ZF TE-ML 05N is the successor specification to the previous ZF TE-ML 05C and can be used in all applications that previously required an oil according to ZF TE-ML 05C - the same applies to ZF TE-ML 21N.
