AGRIFARM UTTO AG
General Information
For many years, so-called STOU oils (Super Tractor Oil Universal) were used in FENDT agricultural machinery.
In addition to the lubrication of gearboxes, wet brakes and the use as a hydraulic fluid, the advantage was the additional use as an engine oil. The need for dedicated engine oils and modern UTTO’s (Universal Tractor Transmission Oil) has become more present as a result of ever-increasing requirements for reducing emissions and improving fuel economy. Also FENDT aimed to reduce the viscosity of the transmission oil.
AGRIFARM UTTO AG is an ultra-modern and versatile multifunctional oil and was specially developed for FENDT tractors and agricultural machinery from the AGCO Group, which includes FENDT and other brands such as MASSEY FERGUSON and VALTRA. As a modern UTTO, it can be used both as a transmission and hydraulic oil. It cannot be used as an engine oil. The product name AGRIFARM UTTO AG refers to the use for vehicles of the AGCO Group (AG = AGCO GROUP).
Product Profile and Application
AGRIFARM UTTO AG is officially approved by FENDT according to the new UTTO specification FWN 81001. This describes the modern requirements and is also mandatory for all new FENDT tractors from Generation 7 (2022) onwards. The unique formulation of AGRIFARM UTTO AG outperforms many comparable lubricants on the market and can be used in many different applications, such as:
- Transfer gearboxes
- Powershift gearboxes
- Final drives
- PTO drives
- Wet brakes
- Hydraulic systems
Due to its high wear protection, AGRIFARM UTTO AG is backwards compatible within the FENDT Group and can also be used without any problems in the transmission and hydraulic systems of older vehicles in which a SAE 10W-40 or SAE 15W-40 was previously used as transmission oil.
In addition to FENDT, AGRIFARM UTTO AG can also be used on other AGCO Group vehicles such as VALTRA and MASSEY FERGUSON.
Attention: AGRIFARM UTTO AG is a modern UTTO oil and must therefore not be used in combustion engines.
