Description
ONTROPEEN 40 is a fluoro-organic fluid, which is especially characterized by its suitability for high-temperature applications, its insensitivity to aggressive media, and its resistance to gaseous oxygen.
Field of application
ONTROPEEN 40 is used for the lubrication of any plain and roller contacts at high temperatures, mainly in the chemical industry. Furthermore it is used for the lubrication of gearboxes and valves in the oxygen industry.
Method of application
ONTROPEEN 40, as described in our technical information for PFPE-lubricants, should not be mixed with other mineral oil-based products or other lubricants.
