Fluid Management Partnership
FUCHS and DMG MORI
have a technology partnership since 2017. Within the framework of this partnership, FUCHS has taken over the fluid management in four plants of DMG MORI and for the most part also the supply of the exhibited machines on fairs.
Based on its many years of process expertise, FUCHS offers modular services in the field of lubricant management (CPM) that span all the way up to taking over the customer's complete lubricant management process.
Fluid management started on January 1, 2018. The FUCHS Service includes the filling, monitoring and maintenance of all lubricants used, with the cooling lubricant accounting for by far the largest share. The machines produced in the assembly department are supplied via three central systems, while the in-house production, the showroom and also an outsourced production hall in Vils (Austria) have individually filled systems. In the latter cases, the effort is therefore considerably greater.
All recorded data is documented in the FUCHS Service database. A consistently high process stability is proven by a regular evaluation of defined key figures.

The fluid management project at Gildemeister in Bielefeld started on 1.1. 2018. The FUCHS Service team looks after almost 200 machine parking spaces here. The cooling lubricant in all the machines built here is filled individually, replenished, monitored, maintained and later vacuumed again. All data collected, such as consumption quantities, measured values, service actions, etc. are documented and evaluated in the FUCHS Service database. This also applies for the complex recycling process, in which the used emulsion is reprocessed, stored in double-walled storage containers and, if necessary, returned for use. Thisresults in savings in consumption and disposal and has a lasting positive effect on the environmental balance.

The project was started on 1. 4. 2018. FUCHS Service supplies central systems and individually filled machines with cooling lubricant. The latter are located in production and in the showroom, while machine assembly is carried out by the is supplied centrally. As in the other two mills, the FUCHS Service database is also used here, so that the documentation is complete and professional guaranteed.

Since January 1, 2019, FUCHS provides professional service and full product and process management with a two-man lubrication team at the Polish production plant FAMOT in Pleszew. The FAMOT factory is constantly developing, new departments are established, and the presence of FUCHS products grows with its development. Proper application and care of the agents means that after the testing phase, our agents have gained full FAMOT approval and are constantly being implemented.
