SOK AQUA 100: One concentrate for all applications
SOK AQUA 100 is a new type of emulsion concentrate based on ester oils. Thanks to the concentrate, individual release strengths of the finished concrete release agent can be adapted to different conditions in stone works. Regardless of whether wooden boards or base boards made of steel or plastic are used.
Compared to ready-mixed concrete release agents, the emulsion concentrate saves storage space and achieves an excellent price-performance ratio.

Preparation of the concrete release agent emulsion
SOK AQUA 100 can be ready-mixed with the aid of the emuTech MG FCS 711 emulsion mixing unit. With this device it is possible to individually adjust the mixing ratio of the emulsion with water.
Application of SOK AQUA 100
SOK AQUA 100 can be applied thinly and evenly to the clean and dry production boards by machine or with a suitable spray device.
Pay attention to an economical order. Avoid drop formation and overdosing. Consumption is around 40 to 60 m² per liter, depending on the type of application.
Further information
The prepared emulsion is stable for 5 days and should be used up completely within one working week. In case of separation after a longer standing time, the emulsion can be stabilized again for 5 days by remixing. Both the concentrate and the prepared emulsion can be reused after freezing.
SOK AQUA 100 must not be mixed with oils, solvents, etc.
