Long-awaited assembly pastes – now in our GLEITMO special range

The products of the GLEITMO range are manifold and include dry film coatings, tough, high-quality solid film lubricants, special grease pastes and pastes for lubrication and assembly purposes. Typical applications range from roller and plain bearings to the coating of screws/bolts, slide rails and sealings such as O-rings. Special formulations with white solid lubricants and high-temperature and oxygen-resistant lubricants complete the range.

We are now launching three assembly pastes in our Nordic range.

GLEITMO 100
GLEITMO 100 is a smooth assembly paste with an extremely large range of applications. It is based on a synergetic combination of new solid lubricants with molybdenum disulphide. A specially selected mineral oil acts as the carrier of the solid lubricant combination.

GLEITMO 100 is used for running-in lubrication of highly-loaded plain bearings, slideways and guideways, gears and threaded spindles, as well as lubrication of screw and threaded connections. For mounting and pressing-in of bearings and disks, wheels and bolts. For lubrication of adjusting mechanisms as well as for drifting, bending, punching, pressing and stamping.

GLEITMO 155
High-temperature paste based on synthetic oil and white, solid lubricants. High lubricity and excellent properties for separating surfaces. Specifically developed for lubrication of high-temperature threaded connections. E.g. turbine bolts, screws of exhaust systems, hot screws in the chemical industry and in refineries.

GLEITMO 160 NEU
GLEITMO 160 NEU is a copper-coloured separating paste containing metals and mineral oil. The combination of mineral oil, a special thickener, heavy metal-free additives and solid lubricants provides this pasty high-temperature compound with excellent separation properties. The oil evaporates above approximately 200 °C and leaves a dry lubricating film which is effective up to 1,100 °C.

GLEITMO 160 NEU is recommended for the preparation of threaded connections, pins, hinges and couplers including treaded connections on the exhaust side of internal combustion engines.

High performance, beige colored paste with solid lubricants for machine elements of all types, simultaneously subject to extreme pressures, shock loads and vibratory or oscillatory movements. Recommended for e.g. boggie-and bolt connections, drive shaft, annular springs and as paste in lathe chucks.
