New polymer-based grease – RENOLIT NOVA HV
We are now introducing a new grease based on the same advanced technology as RENOLIT NOVAWAY S and RENOLIT NOVAWAY PS.
RENOLIT NOVA HV is a polymer thickened lubricating grease formulated from a highly viscous, fully synthetic PAO base oil. The grease is exceptionally functional in wet and aggressive environments and is optimised for use in high-load applications, such as low-rolling bearings in the pulp and paper industry, and steel production. It also has many other applications in industry, automotive and marine environments.
The product has a unique ability to adapt the thickness of the lubricant film to the rpm.
The inert properties of the polymer make the grease highly compatible with other types of grease, and provide high resistance to different process fluids. In tests, the grease has shown superior performance compared to lithium-complex thickened grease, enabling longer operating times and lower maintenance costs.
