Electrolytic lines
The combination of the mechanical effect (brushing and/or spraying) with electrolytic degreasing prepares the sheet or strip for the subsequent surface treatment operations, which require perfect cleaning with total absence of oil so that the coating (whether tinned or galvanised) adheres perfectly and does not come off in subsequent forming operations.
The absence of foaming, the high detergency and the perfect wetting of the degreasing agent are the characteristics that will enable the highest quality required in the production of cans, galvanised sheet metal for the automotive industry, white goods and others.
High temperatures and humidity make it advisable to use robust lubricants for bearings and sliding elements.
