TRENOIL SPW Series

Water-miscible oils (water-soluble) free of nitrites, amines and boron. Maximum detergency in all contact areas and high-level corrosion protection. Excellent rust protection, very high strip cleanliness, removal of particles from annealing or galvanising processes. They reduce the effects of soiling on the finished strip and remove carbon from the surface from annealing processes. Balanced package for rolling all types of steels in all materials, as well as large reductions. For use in wet tempering and skin pass operations on all types of steels: automotive, galvanised and batch annealed. In the specific case of galvanised materials, its high detergency prevents the accumulation of zinc adhesions on the work rolls. RENOLIN B Series

High-performance demulsifying universal hydraulic and general lubrication oils (HLP). Good ageing resistance and with additives for better corrosion protection, excellent filterability, good viscosity-temperature behaviour, good wear protection, demulsifier (water-repellent), air release, contains zinc. Suitable for all hydraulic systems, even if thermal stress is present. The RENOLIN B range meets and exceeds the minimum requirements for HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2; ISO 6743 / 4, HM; ISO 6743 / 6, CKC; ISO 11158, HM; Denison HF0, HF1, HF2

RENOLIN HVI Series

Demulsifying hydraulic and general lubrication oils with a high viscosity index (HVLP). They are mineral oil-based and contain zinc and additives that improve ageing behaviour, corrosion and wear protection. RENOLIN B HVI oils are suitable for all hydraulic systems, especially if excess viscosity during start-up or insufficient viscosity at operating temperature is problematic. The high VI offers multigrade characteristics. Energy saving through high efficiency. These products are HVLP hydraulic and circulation oils according to DIN 51 524-3. Approvals: ISO 6743 / 4, HV. RENOLIN MR Series

AW/EP hydraulic and circulation oils with high viscosity index (HVLPD). Detergents, dispersants, with exceptional cleaning properties and residue carrying capacity. Suitable for all hydraulic systems subject to wide temperature fluctuations or outdoor operations, e.g. sluices, reservoir machinery and machines or any application at especially low temperatures. HVLPD according to DIN 51 502 in conjunction with DIN 51 524. ISO 6743/4, HV.

RENOLIN MR MC Series

Universal hydraulic and lubrication oils containing MC base oils with a high viscosity index. High-performance synthetic base (HVLPD), detergents, dispersants, with excellent oxidation and shear stability and exceptional cleaning and residue-carrying properties. Very wide operating temperature range. They allow oil change intervals to be extended. They have multigrade characteristics. Energy saving through high efficiency. They are HVLP oils according to DIN 51524-3.

RENOLIN LD 10

Fluid for cleaning hydraulic and lubrication circuits, free of chlorinated solvents, for cleaning and flushing hydraulic and lubrication circuits. Eliminates gumming caused by infiltrating cooling lubricants. Machines can continue to run normally during cleaning and flushing. However, an oil change is recommended because all contaminants are carried away. It is approved by DIN 51502: HLP, DIN 51524-2: HLP (except for demulsifying properties) and ISO 6743-4:HM.

ANTICORIT 3802 39 S

Non-drip, thixotropic, prelube oil base that prevents oxidation, compatible with automotive manufacturing processes. Pre-lubrication of the sheet metal that avoids degreasing prior to stamping. Consumption adjusted by electrostatic oiling. Ensures greater safety with regard to accidents in the workshop caused by slippery floors. ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 8

Low-viscosity oil with special additives for improved cleanliness and lubrication in stamping. Provides the extreme-pressure lubricating properties of ANTICORIT PL 3802 39 S and prevents defects on the finished material after painting.

ANTICORIT W 4132

Waxy-based, dry-film lubricant. Very high protection, especially suitable for the forming of galvanised sheet metal used in construction to prevent slipping.

ANTICORIT W 426

Waxy-based lubricant with a light, waxy film. Handling resistant, does not stain the package. Suitable for roll protection.

ANTICORIT VPI (Paper)

Clean and easy-to-apply, nitrite-free protective agent on paper. It acts in its vapour phase and produces a protective atmosphere in closed packages. No subsequent removal is required, as it diffuses when the package is opened. This avoids the need for protective oiling and degreasing prior to assembly. It has excellent compatibility with anti-corrosive oils, provides indefinite protection and is very safe for human health as well as environmentally friendly. Suitable for all types of steel parts.

ANTICORIT VCI Fe P 70 (Paper)

VCI (Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor) protective agent on paper. Available in various weights, grammages and forms. Two-sided emission of protective agent and compatible with most polymers and paints. By simply covering and closing the package properly, it protects the small parts of the containers for several years, thus avoiding lubrication and degreasing operations prior to assembly. Suitable for all steel and cast-iron parts. Fully recyclable.

ANTICORIT UNI FI (Plastic)

VCI (Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor) protective agent on plastic film. Available as mono or co-extruded film, in various weights, rolls, sheets, tubes or even as bags tailored to specific needs. Compatible with most polymers and paints. It easily adapts to automatic packaging systems and allows users to easily identify and inspect parts without the need to open the package. Eliminates the need to degrease parts after the protection period, which can last for several years. For protecting steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium and other metals, including hard-to-reach areas such as blind holes, overlapping areas, etc. No toxic or hazardous compounds and fully recyclable.
