ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 1000 is an Aerospace industry grade water-miscible machining product unlike any metalworking fluid in the market today.
Based on FUCHS’ latest advanced chemistry, and includes a novel lubricity package for increased metal removal rates and reduced tooling costs.

No. The unique formula allows for use with materials such as brass, aluminium, cast iron, copper, SG iron, mild steel, HT steels, stainless steel, titanium and inconel. Our products will also protect machine tool internals.
No. It will not stain aluminium and has good compatibility with critical alloys such as 2024, 5083, 6061, 7010, 7050, 7075
Yes. It has very good foam control for operations requiring high pressure fluid delivery,
and is particularly suitable for operations requiring turbulent flow.
