Technical Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team at Sales Industry Nordic, where we are committed to driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled individual to join us as a Technical Sales Representative.
Location: Southern Finland
Your areas of responsibilities:
- Develop and drive sales with existing and new customers through self-generated sales efforts.
- Ensure successful delivery of volume and contribution margin against sales targets.
- Identify potential new business prospects and drive them to completion.
- Deliver technical insights into the function and benefits of our products to customers.
- Support customers in identifying and realizing potential profitability gains.
- Take a technical lead in handling and finding solutions to customer challenges and complaints.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Higher relevant education or equivalent knowledge earned through experience.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding and mastery of the sales process from building pipeline to achieving signing.
- Strong goal orientation and persistence in driving and developing the business.
- High integrity, clear communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Curious and courageous mind with a drive to learn new things and understand customer environments.
- Ability to evaluate technical inquiries and complaints and suggest investigation methods.
- You are fluent in written and spoken Finnish and speak/understand English
Critical Experience:
- Considerable successful experience in a sales role with technical complexity.
- Extensive experience in one or several of the customer segments designated for the position or a minimum of three years’ experience in the lubricant business.
Additional Information:
- The position includes extensive travel mostly within Finland, with some travel within Europe.
