ECOCUT 3022
Description
Containing high-quality base oils, ECOCUT 3022 is a multipurpose product which can be used as a cutting oil, and also for rationalization purposes, as a hydraulic or spindle oil. ECOCUT 3022 contains additives to improve ageing behavior and corrosion protection. EP agents increase load and pressure performance as well as reducing friction between tools and workpieces. ECOCUT 3022 is formulated to be low misting which reduces environmental and workshop pollution. The product’s detergent and dispersant properties help keep hydraulic systems clean as well as improving wetting, flushing and heat dissipation.
Application
ECOCUT 3022 is recommended for all machining and especially automated turning and grinding operations on normal and low-alloy engineering steels, cast iron, bronze, brass and other nonferrous metals. At the same time, ECOCUT 3022 fulfils the requirements of HLP-D oils according to DIN 51 525, Part 2 and can therefore be used for general machine lubrication.

Storage condition
Minimum Storage Life: 18 months from day of delivery. Prerequisites are the correct storage in unopened, original containers, protection from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not fall below +5°C or exceed above +40 °C.
