New circulation oils for paper machines

The RENOLIN PA and RENOLIN UNISYN CLP PA series are our new high-performance circulation oils for paper machines. Both series exceed the requirements for paper machine oils according to SKF and the Voith VN 108 specification.

RENOLIN UNISYN CLP PA is our series of fully synthetic circulation oils for use at both the dry and wet end of the paper machine. 

The choice of additives produces a product with excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties for bearings and gears. The RENOLIN UNISYN CLP PA series provides high oxidation stability and low deposit formation, and is stable at high temperatures.

The RENOLIN UNISYN CLP PA products are available in all common ISO VG classes from 150 to 460. They exceed the requirements of SKF and the Voith VN 108 specification, and have been tested using the FAG FE8 test for paper machine oil, with excellent results (ISO VG 150 – 320).

RENOLIN UNISYN CLP 220 PA fulfils and exceeds the requirements for paper machine oils according to the specifications from SKF, FAG, Voith and Valmet. The products exceed the CLP-HC requirements on industrial gear oils according to DIN 51517-3, which means that they can also be used in standard-type industrial gearboxes at paper mills.

RENOLIN PA is a series of mineral oil based paper machine oils, designed for use in a paper machine’s central lubrication system. The series provides excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion protection as well as a low deposit tendency, while also offering good resistance to ageing.

The products in the series exceed the requirements for paper machine oils according to SKF and the Voith VN 108 specification. RENOLIN PA products exceed the requirements on industrial gear oils according to DIN 51517-3: CLP. This means that they can also be used in standard-type industrial gearboxes at paper mills.
