RENOLIN UNISYN XT series
Introducing the next generation of industrial gear oils – the RENOLIN UNISYN XT series!
The world is changing, and many of the big issues are about sustainability – and our product range is adapting accordingly.
The RENOLIN UNISYN XT series is a range of fully synthetic gear oils, VG 68–1000, based on innovative mPAO. The new series will replace the existing series, RENOLIN UNISYN CLP, VG 68-1000.
The base oil mPAO, which is included in the RENOLIN UNISYN XT series, is produced in a more energy-efficient way than traditional polyalphaolefins (PAO), and it is easier to control the chemical composition and properties of the end product.
Together with specifically selected and evaluated additives and comprehensive testing, this has led to an optimised gear oil which has:
- Excellent low-temperature properties
- Low foaming tendency
- Good air release
- Very good protection against oil ageing
- Optimised corrosion protection
- Excellent viscosity-temperature relationship
- Very high natural VI (viscosity index)
- Multigrade character
- Excellent wear protection, high EP performance
- Miscibility with mineral oil-based and ester-based gear oils
- Extended lubrication intervals
- Good function at high and low operating temperatures
For our customers, this means high reliability in terms of operation and energy efficiency.

Did you know that changing from mineral to synthetic oil can save energy, money and the environment?
There is much to be gained by choosing the right type of lubricant. In fact, the gains could be huge if you change your mineral oil for a fully synthetic lubricating oil. Let’s look at an example: If you have 80 gears, with an average output of 35 kW and an operating time of 8,000 hours – you could save as much as € 12,280. Every year. This is due to less energy loss and less work input. At the same time, you reduce your CO2 emissions by over 10,000 kg a year. So for once, it’s actually very easy to do the right thing.
