RENOLIN ZAF D HT – a series of zinc-free and ash-free hydraulic oils with excellent cleaning properties
Hydraulic systems are becoming more compact, better sealed, with lower oil volumes and longer drain intervals. This places high demands on the hydraulic oil. We are therefore introducing RENOLIN ZAF D HT – a series of hydraulic oils designed to meet and exceed the needs of these modern hydraulic systems.
Some of the benefits of the RENOLIN ZAF D HT series:
- High oxidation and thermal stability, good age resistance.
- Excellent corrosion protection for copper and yellow metals, also in the presence of moisture and water.
- Excellent hydrolytic stability, which means the formulations are robust also under the influence of moisture and water.
- Excellent cleaning and dispersant properties.
RENOLIN ZAF D HT products are universal oils that can be used both as hydraulic oils and in industrial gearboxes. They offer very high performance in environments polluted with dust or water, and can be used in both stationary and mobile hydraulics. Available in viscosity 32, 46 and 68.
The RENOLIN ZAF D HT series satisfies and exceeds the requirements of:
- DIN 51524-2: HLPD
- ISO 6743-4: HM
- DIN 51517-3: CLP, CLP-D
- ISO 6743-6 CKC
- DBL 6713-HLP (but not demulsification)
RENOLIN ZAF D 46 HT replaces the previous product HYDRAWAY HLPD 46.
