GEAR+: AN INTEGRATED SOLUTION FOR EMPTYING BOXES AUTOMATIC GEARS
GEAR+ is a reliable and easy-to-use solution. It allows complete emptying of automatic gearboxes in 3 steps:
- emptying of used oil
- rinsing/filling with new ATF (Automotive Transmission Fluid) oil
- and topping up.
The station includes an integrated vehicle database that indicates the type of FUCHS fluid recommended and the necessary adapters. The operator is accompanied during the procedure by on-screen instructions. By automatic detection, GEAR+ authorizes an indistinguishable connection of the input and the output, which eliminates the risk of error.

Why use an ATF machine?
- Many malfunctions of the automatic transmission are solved by replacing the oil. Problems with shifting, clutch slippage, noise, etc.
- The station allows the elimination of sludge and debris. Sludge, clutch dust and metal debris are evacuated during emptying.
- An ATF machine allows the complete emptying of the box. Draining the oil through the drain plug is largely insufficient, because a large part of the oil remains inside the torque converter (about 70%).
