ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 soluble cutting fluid has just obtained AIRBUS approval, and is now registered in the latest version of “AIPS00-00-010, list of cutting fluids authorized for drilling and machining operations ". With this approval, ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 becomes one of the most important metalworking fluids in the Aeronautics industry.

ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 is a high-performance multifunctional product for drilling, turning and milling titanium-based alloys, nickel, aluminum and stainless steels. It has very good stability at high coolant pressure, often imposed by the machining of aeronautical parts. It enables high chip flow and long cutting tool life, particularly when machining titanium and nickel-based alloys. It offers exceptional cutting performance compared to current references. Operator safety
ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 meets the requirements of chemical product regulations in the 19 most industrialized countries. It is boron-free, formaldehyde releaser-free, secondary amine-free and triethanolamine-free. It is odorless, easy to emulsify and offers good skin tolerance.
