Description
CARBAFLO 1521 is a transparent fluid essential for the preparation of surfaces prior to the application of CARBAFLO 2260 compound. CARBAFLO 1521 fluid contains PTFE and anti-corrosion agents which, combined with the fluid, leave a protective layer of fluorocarbon polymers.
Field of application
Lubrication of roller bearings, conveyor roller turn bearings, sprocket turn shaft bearings and trolley bearings of power and free systems, motorised trolley bearings, castor bearings and swivels, fan bearings, pumps, centrifuges and plants associated with the handling of flammable gases, furnace and oven bearings, valves, and chemical equipment.
Method of application
The “in service” re-lubrication of conveyor bearings previously lubricated with CARBAFLO 2260 compounds is carried out using CARBAFLO 1521. It rejuvenates a CARBAFLO 2260 compound which has been in service in conveyor bearings for long periods at high temperatures.
