Description
KOLLIGEEN W 115 is a stable concentrate of high-value molybdenum disulphide in water. KOLLIGEEN W 115 creates a homogeneous, touch-dry and tenacious lubricant film.
Field of application
Cold massive forming: KOLLIGEEN W 115 reduces the forming force, protects the tools and decreases wear.
Method of application
KOLLIGEEN W 116 can be applied by spraying equipment or dipping. Normal dilution ratio with water is 1:1 up to 1:5. The parts should be pretreated e.g. by sandblasting to guarantee good adhesion of the lubricant. The parts should be degreased before applying the product. It is recommended the parts should be preheated (appr. 80°C) to achieve a short drying time and good film formation. In case of well-prepared, degreased and sandblasted surfaces phosphating may not be required.
Note
Stir well before use!
