Correction of our publication dated 15 September 2009 Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG 

The Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG has notified us on September 16th, 2009 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in FUCHS PETROLUB AG, Mannheim, Germany, ISIN: DE0005790406, WKN: 579040 fell below the threshold of 5% on September 8th, 2009 and amounts to 4.91% (580376 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 4.91% (580376 voting rights) are to be attributed to Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are controlled by Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in FUCHS PETROLUB AG: Gothaer Krankenversicherung AG, Cologne, Germany.
