Change in the Supervisory Board of FUCHS PETROLUB SE:
Dr. Susanne Fuchs elected to the Supervisory Board as successor to
Dr. Manfred Fuchs

After 13 years, Dr. Manfred Fuchs (78) has resigned his mandate as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the end of today's Annual General Meeting. Dr. Susanne Fuchs (52) will succeed her father in this role. Today, a large majority of shareholders elected her to the Supervisory Board, where she will represent the Fuchs family. Dr. Susanne Fuchs holds a doctorate in veterinary medicine and successfully completed her MBA at the Open University in Great Britain in 2016.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory Board named one of its members, Dr. Erhard Schipporeit, as the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In his address to the shareholders and in the name of the Supervisory Board and Executive Board, the Chairman of the Executive Board, Stefan Fuchs, thanked Dr. Manfred Fuchs. "I wholeheartedly thank you. I have great respect for your life's achievement and hope that this serves as an example for many other entrepreneurs. I am very happy that my sister has been elected to the Supervisory Board today and wish her all the best in her new function."

Around 2,000 shareholders and guests attended the Annual General Meeting of FUCHS PETROLUB SE at the Rosengarten in Mannheim. At an overall turnout of 40% and a turnout representing 78% of voting ordinary share capital, the proposals of the management were approved with almost 100% of the votes.
