Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board of FUCHS SE (formerly FUCHS PETROLUB SE)

The declaration of compliance is legally founded in Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), which states that the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of a listed stock corporation are obliged to submit a declaration of compliance once a year. In this document, they declare to what extent they have complied with and will comply with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code.
