changes on the Executive Board
Following more than 34 years with the FUCHS Group, Professor Theo Mang will be stepping down as a director of FUCHS PETROLUB AG on 30 June 2001, as he reaches retirement age. He has been responsible for engineering, procurement and human resources, and has been crucially involved in positioning the FUCHS Group on the global market and as a technology and specialization leader in many of the company's major lines of business.
To succeed him with effect from 1 July 2001, the Supervisory Board has appointed Ingo Pauler, an engineering graduate who has been with the FUCHS Group for 21 years, and sits on the group's Board of Management with responsibility for Germany and Western Europe, and for worldwide marketing of automotive lubricants. He will be taking over Professor Mang's remit, and transferring his present duties regarding Germany and Western Europe to Stefan Fuchs.
Stefan Fuchs, MBA, appointed a deputy member of the Executive Board two years ago, will become a full member of FUCHS PETROLUB's board as from 1 July 2001, assuming responsibility for the FUCHS PETROLUB Group's lubricant business in Germany and Western Europe.
