Description
MAINTAIN FRICOFIN V is a coolant concentrate based on monoethyleneglycol and glycerol. MAINTAIN FRICOFIN V is free of nitrites, amines, and phosphates and protects modern passenger cars as well as commercial vehicle engines, specially high loaded aluminum engines of latest generation (i.e. Exhaust emission stage V and above) from freezing and overheating. MAINTAIN FRICOFIN V contains a performance anticorrosion inhibitor system, based on silicates combined with the proven OAT-Technology (Organic Acid Technology). MAINTAIN FRICOFIN V is a so called Low Silicate Hybrid (LoBrid) Coolant Concentrate.
Application
MAINTAIN FRICOFIN V has to be diluted before use. The recommended concentration is from minimum 35 % Volume up to 60%. It is also recommended to use demineralised or distilled water as well as drinkable tab water, if the values of the following Table are not exceeded. Water hardness: 0 up to 20 °dGH (0-3,6 mmol/l) Chlorine content: max. 100 ppm Sulfate content: max. 100 ppm Derivating values can be adjusted by adding distilled or demineralized water. Drain intervals and recommended concentrations of the manufacturer have to be considered.
Attention: This product is recommended for use at combustion engines only.
