SOK 2/K105
Concrete release agent perferably for the use in precasting plants
Performance Features
- Temperature range up to 100°C (form temperature)
- universally applicable
- suitable for the production of exposed concrete
- prevents pore formation to a large extent
- provides clean and uniform surfaces
- no impediment to plaster, adhesive, and paint adhesion
- contains an effective corrosion protection for steel forms
Description
SOK 2/K105 is a concrete release agent which is suitable for all absorbent and non-absorbent forms. The aromates of the solvent contained have been withdrawn to a large extent, with a positive effect on odor formation. SOK 2/K105 has a higher release effect than SOK U/K 105.
Field of application
SOK 2/K105 is suited for all forms, such as planed wooden forms, steel forms, film and plastic-coated plates, polysulfide matrixes and systems coated with ABS films.
Method of application
A thin and uniform coat of SOK2/K105 is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device (with T jet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry formwork. Consumption for non-absorbent formwork: 50 - 100 m²/l; for absorbent formwork: 40 - 80 m²/l.
SOK 2/K105 may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents - the delivered concentration is ready for use!
Notes
- storage temperature not below -5°C
- storage period should not exceed 1 year
- store barrels horizontally
- reseal containers after use to prevent substances from escaping at increased temperatures.
