SOK AQUA E

Concrete release agent emulsion, mainly for use in civil and structural engineering

Performance Features

  • operating temperature up to 70 °C (shuttering temperature)
  • solvent-free
  • does not impair the adhesion of plaster, adhesives and paint
  • largely prevents pore formation
  • ensures the production of clean and uniform surfaces
  • rain resistant after emulsion breaking
  • does not attack Styrofoam

Description

SOK AQUA E is an aqueous concrete release agent emulsion. SOK AQUA E is solvent free. SOK AQUA E dries quickly after application.

Field of application

SOK AQUA E was particularly designed for the use in civil and structural engineering. The product is suitable for all well-established shuttering systems.

Application

SOK AQUA E is applied thinly and uniformly onto the clean and dry shuttering using suitable spraying equipment (with Teejet nozzle SS 730039, SS 800050 or SS 800067). Do not apply in rain. Attention is to be paid to a very economical application. Drop formation and overdosing are to be avoided. Consumption amounts to approximately 1 litre for 35 to 90 m² according to the type of shuttering. SOK AQUA E may not be mixed with release agents, water, oils or solvents. It is ready for use!

Notes

The container must be protected from direct sunlight. The container is to be well sealed after each withdrawal. Storage temperature not below -10°C. The product is to be used within 6 months of production (for production date see bar code label). Please observe water resources policy act and EU safety data sheet! The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials. Rental shuttering, which has already been sprayed with release agent, must not be sprayed a second time with SOK AQUA E! Care must be taken that SOK AQUA E is not mistaken for a curing product when used. Store cleaning rags wetted with SOK AQUA E in a closed and approved container.
