Description
URETHYN E/M 2 is a homogeneous, soft, chlorine-free and unleaded high-temperature grease. It contains a special formula of mineral and ester oils as base oil.
Field of application
URETHYN E/M 2 is the ideal long-term grease for plain and roller bearings. Start-up friction is very low and friction coefficients throughout the life of the grease are kept at an extremely low level. Its compatibility with elastomers, amorphous and crystalline plastics is excellent. URETHYN E/M 2 is recommended for the lubrication of e.g. electric motor bearings, plain and roller bearings of textile machines, ventilator bearings in dryers and kilns, spindle bearings, roller bearings of chain conveyors, vibrating sieves, electric household goods, plastics and elastomers, or as assembly paste for gaskets and seals.
Method of application
URETHYN E/M 2 is applied manually or via centralized lubrication systems. Mixing with other lubricants should be avoided. Observe bearing and machine manufacturers’ recommendations.
